The new normal for Bridalwear: What to wear to your low-key Haldi Function

For thousands of couples Covid-19 stole their big Indian wedding - some pushed them back to 2021 but others decided to downsize. Kajal Aggarwal sets an example for how brides can adapt for their wedding and pre wedding functions.

After lockdown and a long list of cancelled events, the news that weddings could resume was cause for celebration. Though like all of the social occasions creeping back into our calendars, this autumn wedding will be defined by a new normal.

With a more intimate iteration of their previous plans, Kajal Aggarwal & Gautam Kitchlu wedding and pre wedding junctions was witnessed by the country as the new benchmark for the typical Indian Wedding. Kajal turned to Floral Art to design her haldi look. Adorned with rose petals and crape jasmine she looked like the quintessential Indian bride.
