Legendary musician, Joe Alverez to perform for the first time post the pandemic at antiSOCIAL!

 

~ The Jazz Funk music artist is all set to go back to his roots to play Rock N Blues with his band~

Mumbai, 18th September 2022: One of the biggest names in Indian rock in the ’70s who was Influenced by Rock N Blues, Joe Alvarez is returning to his roots, this Sunday night at antiSOCIAL, 8 pm onwards!

Groove to rock and blues as Joe will perform covers of blues rock bands such as Deep Purple, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Sting, Joe Bonamassa and Stevie Wonder, The Allman Brothers Band and Al Jarreau. The first segment of the concert will feature works by these masters while the next will feature Alvarez's original songs

Over the last decade, Alvarez has performed at some of the world's largest festival stages in places like Havana, Mexico, Colombia, Montreal, Singapore and Jakarta. An Indian film Singer, Joe has worked predominantly in Bollywood movies like Teen Patti and Mumbai Matinee.

Do not miss out witnessing the talented actress Shahzan Padamsee who too will be showcasing her singing skills alongside Joe with a cover or two.. Kickstart the evening with groove-dominant tunes, burning guitar solos, rock-solid bass lines and magical keyboard and synthesizer underlays as Joe will be joined with a highly talented band.
