Mr. S. P. Jain is a Chartered Accountant and the Founder and CMD of ”Pride Hotels Limited”. He has a distinguished career with over thirty years of experience in Hotels, Construction, and Finance. He first ventured out by starting a management consultancy firm, S.P. Capital Financing Ltd. an NBFC listed at BSE. With the First Hotel Commissioned in 1988 at Pune, under Pride Hotels, Mr. S.P. Jain took his first step in the hospitality industry.
From 2000 onwards there was no looking back and he focused his entire attention on building up the Pride Group of Hotels. He followed a mixed strategy of identifying, taking over, and turning around the business of existing hotels (Nagpur, Chennai, Ahmedabad) along with setting up New Greenfield Projects (Bangalore, Kolkata & New Delhi – Aerocity). Today Pride Hotels has a presence in around 44 great locations with 4,400 rooms, 89 restaurants, 116 banquets, and conference halls.
Mr. Jain is very active and Ex-President of the Hotel & Restaurant Association and Vice President of FHRAI of all India body and has contributed to the Industry with his knowledge and expertise.
