Winning the ‘Best Marathi Film’ award at the recent 68th National Film Awards, Goshta Eka Paithanichi will make its theatrical premiere in Singapore. The makers have organised the event to give the much-awaited film a befitting welcome to the theatre screens. The film will be showcased at Carnival Cinema, Golden Mile Tower, Singapore on Sunday 13th November. Stars present at the premiere will be Mrinal Kulkarni and Sayali Sanjeev among others.
'Goshta Eka Paithanichi' follows the journey and struggles of a strong-willed woman. It stars Sayali Sanjeev in the lead role along with actors Milind Gunaji and Suvrat Joshi. Much before its release the film gathered widespread acclaim and is one of the most anticipated films of this year. Speaking about the Singapore premiere, Sayali Sanjeev said “Our film has won critical acclaim and we are proud to be presenting it on a global scale. I feel people will see themselves through the various shades of every character and it will resonate nationally and internationally”
Akshay Bardapurkar, Producer shared his thoughts on the international premiere “Our film deserves to be celebrated far and wide. The film is produced by Akshay Vilas Bardapurkar, Abhayanand Singh, Piiyush Singh and Saurabh Gupta and co-produced by Chintamani Dagade.
