Rituparna Ghosh joins Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall as Marketing and Communications Manager. In her role, she will be responsible for enhancing brand positioning, developing and implementing effective marketing plans to support the business goals of the premium 212 key five-star hotel.

A graduate in Advertising Sales Promotion and Management from Gokhale Memorial Girls College- Calcutta, Rituparna has been a part of multiple award-winning PR campaigns during the course of her career. She began her career in 2017 as a Management Associate at MSL Group- Publicis Groupe, after which she moved on to Madison World as Executive- Public Relations and Brand Communications in 2018. Thereafter, she worked with a renowned healthcare brand and India's largest product trials & discovery platform as Asst. Manager and Manager- Public Relations and Internal Communications, respectively.

Prior to joining Grand Mercure Gopalan Mall, Rituparna was a Manager – Public Relations and Branding Manager at S. P. Retail Brands Ltd, where she actively participated in the decision-making processes related to the marketing campaign execution, new product launches, brand strategy enhancement, and monitoring the public image of the organization by cultivating strong relationships with media representatives.
