This competition commenced on World Food Day, underscoring Encalm's emphasis upon sustainability and culinary excellence, and concluded on World Chef Day, celebrating the remarkable team of lounge chefs that constitutes the core of the ‘Encalm’ legacy.

Encalm's lounges, renowned for their impeccable service and extraordinary experiences, continue to be highly esteemed by travellers. The recent competition featured chefs from all Encalm Lounges, including the flagship Encalm Privé, at the Delhi, alongside other couple of lounges in Delhi, as well as Hyderabad, and Goa airports. This gastronomic extravaganza showcased the exceptional culinary prowess of Encalm's dedicated teams.

In an innovative twist, teams of chefs were formed, representing their respective lounges, and presented their culinary creations to an esteemed internal jury. The focus was on sustainability and vegetarianism, with each dish meticulously crafted from locally sourced ingredients. This competition reaffirmed Encalm Hospitality's deep-rooted commitment to sustainability and underscored their ongoing efforts to promote eco-conscious dining.
