Sara is a fighter, a go-getter, and will never back down from a fight. She has always had to fight for what she wanted. A medical intern who truly deserves everything she achieved, she is beautiful, smart, and driven. All this despite being raised by an absentee, junkie mother with all her intense abandonment issues.
Sara, played by Tanaya Sachdeva, is also Karthik's love interest. Their relationship is borderline toxic, but her feelings are real. The fact that she continually strives to be better makes her very lovable to the audience.
The show brings to light the journey of medical interns, their relationships, their career struggles, etc. At the forefront is the murder of an intern's husband Asif, and, the investigation that follows—possibly jeopardizing the interns' lives and careers, causing them trauma and stress.
