DVARA KGFS ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO NEW INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS TO THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY

Mumbai, 1st June 2021: Dvara Kshetriya Gramin Financial Services Pvt Ltd, a NBFC operating in remote rural areas of India , has announced the appointment of two new independent directors, Mr. Raman Uberoi and Mr. Parveen Kumar Gupta, to the Board of the company.

 

The appointments would support in broadening the overall expertise of the Board and will bring wide experience particularly in the areas of corporate governance and various laws.

Mr. Raman Uberoi comes with nearly three decades of experience of working in the financial services industry in India. Previously he has worked in CRISIL, India’s leading rating and research company for 24 years in various position like the COO and President and Head of the Ratings business. He has extensive understanding of corporate India; industries, companies and managements and the risk architecture.

Mr. Parveen Kumar Gupta is the former Managing Director of Retail and Digital Banking at State Bank of India, the largest commercial bank in India. During a career of over 37 years, he worked across multiple functions and businesses including retail, risk, compliance, treasury, international banking, investment banking, private equity etc.
