To minimize the impact of Covid-19 pandemic to our customers, Emirates has provided various reasonable change and refund options detailed in our COVID-19 Change and Refund Policy. This policy has been continuously reviewed to fit the needs of the business and our customers.
Since more countries are lifting travel restrictions and airline operations are almost back to pre-pandemic times, an end date to the waiver policy will come in effect for Tickets issued on / or after 12 October 2021 and on / or before 30 April 2022 with at least one coupon with schedule EK departure on /or before 31 August 2022 can still apply the specific waiver policy.
Please remind our customers that travel restrictions remain in place, and travellers will only be accepted on our flights if they comply with the eligibility and entry criteria requirements. Travel and entry requirements change frequently, and for these reasons we ask you to check via Partner Portal or Emirates.com for the latest requirements.
