Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall and Zero Percent India comes together to launch  Knocktails - an exclusive range of 0% alcohol cocktails, with an evening of mindfulness and sustainability. 

Proudly titled “a deliberately slow evening’ the meet & greet was a celebration of living life consciously and enjoying the simpler pleasure of life. “Our aim with the evening is to open a dialogue about conscious living that will ripple through the community and becomes part of many conversations moving forth and slowly becomes a part of our lives.” Commented Sachin Maheshwary, General Manager, Grand Mercure Bengaluru at Gopalan Mall. “The hotel embraces sustainability wholeheartedly and takes many steps towards a wholesome lifestyle and local way of life” he added.

Partnering with Urban Platter, India’s leading culinary market space, the event featured a delectable plant based fare including pulled jackfruit sliders, mock meat tarts, Fire flashed melon with Greek feta, a vegan cheese board and more.  The “Knock”tail menu featured Zero Percent’s array of 0% alcohol beverages, including the ISH label hosting the iconic RumISH and GinISH, alternative spirits for mindful drinking. The menu was further amplified by the presence of homegrown artisanal Kombucha and cold brew powered by Local Ferment Co. & Bonomi. “Our aim at Zero Percent.shop is to provide people a platform where they can experience food and beverage brands which brings them a step closer to  Mindful Consumption” - commented Ganesh Iyer, Managing Partner - India Subcontinent for Zero percent.
