Over the last three decades, Zee TV has been instrumental in providing the Indian youth with a global platform to showcase their singing, dancing, and acting talent. The channel's most iconic dance reality show, Dance India Dance, also revolutionized the landscape of dance in the country when it first began to air in 2009. Over the last 13 years, the platform has stood testimonial to the sheer passion and love that India holds in its heart towards dance. After giving the audience a glimpse of this year's mind-blowing talent through some interesting teasers, Zee TV recently launched its top-rated reality show for the youngest dancing talent in the country - DID L'il Masters Season 5.
Since its launch, viewers have been having a gala time watching
the young dancing sensations perform wonderful acts during the audition rounds.
But looks like they’re in for a double treat this weekend! Not only is the
grand premiere episode of this season going on air, but we’re also set to
witness the mega reunion of the three OG judges of DID - Remo D’Souza, Geeta
Kapur and Terence Lewis after a hiatus of ten years on the stage of DID
L’il Masters Season 5. While the OG trio along with this season’s judges –
Sonali Bendre and Mouni Roy were mesmerized by all the acts put up by the
Fantastic-15 during the shoot, it was Rishita Tanti's performance to Alia
Bhatt’s Dholida that made everyone groove. In fact, the 6-year-old
was even dressed like Alia during her act and the whole performance was so
adorable that everyone complimented her and even compared her to the Bollywood
actress.
Geeta Kapur even asked for Rishita’s autograph, while Remo and
Terence learnt the Dholida step from the 6-year-old contestant during the
shoot. But that’s not it! Videos of her act have also gone viral, so much so
that there are posts comparing Rishita and Alia’s similarities. Remixes of
Rishita and Alia’s synchronized performances have also taken the social media
by storm. While there has been so much of love pouring in for Rishita from across
the country, the comments by Geeta Kapur and Remo D’Souza left her speechless
on the show.
Geeta Kapur mentioned during the shoot, "I am sure Rishita will grow up and teach the whole world
how to dance. I am really honoured to see this level of talent sitting here." Remo also added, "If
this was a finale performance, Rishita would surely have won."
While Rishita's performance to Alia Bhatt’s Dholida will
leave everyone spellbound this weekend, wait till you see the extravagant dance
performance by all the Fantastic-15 during the Grand Premiere episode of the
show!
Witness the enchanting acts on DID L'il Masters, every Saturday
and Sunday at 9 PM, only on Zee TV
