The theme for this week would be picnic as Chef Ajay Chopra gets into his colorful attire ready with his picnic basket. Confused about the picnic dish, the two judges take the help of the boss chiller who gives them chicken mince as the key ingredient. And in the words of Chef Ajay Chopra- “Boss Chiller ne dia hai meat, so its time for a treat.” All decked up to prepare a picnic dish from meat, the two remember Mohammad Ali Road’s baida roti. The plan is to recreate the dish for their picnic mood. While preparing the dish, Chef Ajay also gave insights into its history. He revealed about its origin in Malaysia and the meaning of its name which is ‘Egg chapati’. The two also informed that, unlike its name, the dish is much more than only egg and chapati while giving a tutorial on its preparation.
