Mumbai, June 16, 2022: Every year in the month of June, Father’s Day is celebrated to honour fatherhood and thank our dear fathers for being our original heroes! This year the day comes on June 19th and what would be a better way to celebrate this day than watching some of your favourite hits with your dad? &flix and &PrivéHD have created a binge of fun & comedy movies to watch together with your old man, this Father’s day.
The line-up of movies on both the channels includes Daddy Day Care and Daddy Day Camp. The films revolve around unemployed fathers who start day-care services to help bring in more funds for their respective families. The channels also bring the mystery thriller, Searching. The movie revolves around a desperate father trying to find his missing teenage daughter by clues on her laptop. Apart from these, &flix brings to the audience a film based on a father-child duo, The Karate Kid. Directed by Harald Zwart, the movie focuses on a young boy, who after moving to China with his mother embraces Kung Fu taught by his master. &PrivéHD brings Overcomer, yet another drama that focuses on a high-school basketball coach who is asked to take over the cross-country program where he encounters a troubled teen. The line-up also showcases the exciting Nine lives and Don’t Breathe 2. Not only this, but the Privé World Box Office is also bringing a special offering of a Spanish movie, PADRE NO HAY MAS QUE UNO to celebrate Father’s Day.
