Dubai Connect / STPC Update 111022

Effective 11 October 2022, Emirates is enhancing the Dubai Connect offering.

Summary of changes:

• The minimum transit time will now be 8 hours for all cabins (First, Business, Premium Economy and Economy), from the current 10 hour minimum.
• All applicable meals will be offered as part of the Dubai Connect Package. This will be validated by the time of check in and check out at the hotel.
• These enhancements will apply to all new bookings made from 1200DXB Local Time on 11 October 2022.

We plan our flights so that most itineraries have a good connection time in Dubai. But if the best connection time isn’t available and your client has to wait longer before their next flight, they could be entitled to our Dubai Connect service.

We’ll make sure your clients are comfortable with complimentary hotel accommodation, transfers, applicable meals and a visa to enter the UAE. Book Dubai Connect at least 24 hours ahead of departure of the incoming flight to Dubai.

If your clients are travelling on a passport that requires a pre-approved visa to enter Dubai, please ensure all details are emailed to our Dubai Connect visa team for processing, at least 48 hours before departure.
