Sheban Azim decodes his character Abhimanyu Razdan for his upcoming series Dear Ishq!

Jo pyaar likhta hai, kya pyaar karne ke kaabil hai? Disney+ Hotstar recently announced the trailer of its latest romantic drama, ‘Dear Ishq’ to answer this. Set against the backdrop of an Indian publishing house, the platform brings to masses a tale of love, a journey with complex emotions, and at the crux of it, a story of two completely opposite personalities, who walk this simple journey of life, unknowingly falling for each other. Directed by Atif Khan and Produced by Yash Patnaik and Mamta Patnaik, Beyond Dreams Entertainment Private Limited, the show is set to air on 26th January, 2023 exclusively on Disney+ Hotstar.

While audiences are eagerly looking forward to watching their favoruite actors in Dear Ishq. Our charming actor, Sehban Azim decodes what went into portraying the powerful character of Abhimanyu Razdan. His fans are in for a big surprise as the actor will be seen in an avatar like never before 

The actor sheds light on his character, his inspiration and slipping into the role of Abhimanyu.

Spilling the beans on his character, Sehban said, “I have taken a lot of inspiration from the author of the book, Ravinder. Abhimanyu is a popular fiction writer and so is Ravinder. We discussed the character very much in detail, where I discovered that the character is very different from what I am in real life. Then I also came to know that they were trying to bring in a feel of Korean dramas to highlight the romance, but I had only heard of them and never really watched anything. So, I watched Korean dramas also to get a hang of the show and slip into my exciting role."
