“Travel agents must issue the tickets following the airline's guidelines, fares, booking procedures, and conditions as outlined in IATA Resolution 824. If these rules are not adhered to, Emirates Airlines can audit and issue Agency Debit Memos (ADMs) for non-compliant transactions. Agents are liable for any amounts specified in these ADMs unless they can prove otherwise.”
