Receives renewal of prestigious international JCI Accreditation Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai
Navi Mumbai, 24 February 2024: Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai (AHNM) has received the renewal of its accreditation from the US-based Joint Commission International (JCI) till 15 December 2026. The Joint Commission International accreditation is the gold standard given to organizations that practice and follow the highest quality standards in infection control protocols, and patient safety and care requirements.
Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai was the first hospital in Navi Mumbai to be accredited by the JCI on June 3, 2017 and has completed six and a half years of receiving the Gold Seal of Approval® as a JCI-accredited hospital. The renewal of the JCI accreditation affirms the hospital’s continuing commitment towards patient safety, quality of care, treatment and service.

A team of expert JCI physicians, nurses, and health care administrators evaluated more than a thousand measurable elements and assessed the level of performance in relation to established standards and efforts for continuous improvements. In addition to the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation, Apollo Hospitals Navi Mumbai is also accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals (NABH).
