Katerra Bags Embassy 3A, First Commercial Design and Build Project with Embassy Group


Global technology led construction company to design, build and deliver the 1.6 million sq. ft. office space in 19 months 
Mumbai, August 19, 2019: Katerra, a leading design, and technology-driven global construction company announced yet another project win with Bengaluru-based real estate developer Embassy Group. Embassy 3A, a 1.6 million square feet, commercial building will be the latest addition to Embassy’s sprawling office park, Embassy Tech Village in Bengaluru. The project is designed by KGD – A Katerra Design Partner and all building components for the project will be factory-made at Katerra’s 42 acres, fully-integrated offsite manufacturing facility in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu.
Embassy 3A will feature 10 floors of office space, a beautifully designed ground floor with lobby, two basements floors and a multi-level car parking. Capitalizing on Katerra’s unique offsite construction technology, this project is scheduled to be designed and built in the next 19 months, bringing in 50% time saving.

This is Katerra’s second project with Embassy Group having earlier built Embassy 7B, a 1.7 million square feet office building in 2018.
