JSW Independence Day Lectures on August 14th & 15th to focus on ‘The Global Pandemic From The Lenses Of Politics, Culture And Spirituality’

Mumbai, August 12, 2020: This year’s Independence Day Lecture presented by  JSW Group in association with Literature Live! will be a conducted in two sessions across two days throwing light on the global pandemic from the lenses of politics, culture and spirituality. This is the first time that JSW Group will be hosting these sessions online with an aim to reach a larger and wider audience.  

 

Session 1 of the series will have American Epidemiologist Dr. Larry Brilliant speak with Triple Pulitzer Prize Winner & Political Commentator, and New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman on ‘Global Political Leadership During A Pandemic’. 

Session 2 of the series will have celebrated Author and Columnist Shobhaa De have an insightful conversation with Award Winning Author and Mythologist Amish, and Renowned Poet, Lyricist ad Communications Professional Prasoon Joshi on ‘How Culture & Spirituality Will Define Humanity’s Reaction To The Pandemic’.
