This is to inform you that K3 ( GST) refund on Tickets issued between 1st April and 31st March 2020 must be processed as follows:
- For refunds processed by agents through respective GDS- Agents can process refunds through respective GDS upto 30th Sept 2020.
- For refunds processed through BSP link (Refund application) -the cutoff date for submission is 22nd Sept 2020.
Do note that the above process applies only for tickets issued between 1st April 2019 to 31st Mar 2020. Beyond the above cutoff dates we will not be able to refund K3 for documents issued during FY 2019-20. Any refunds processed by agents after the above timelines will be recovered through ADM.
