Emirates Dubai Connect / STPC **Update 141021

Emirates Dubai Connect/STPC is a voluntary scheme Emirates offers to high-value consumers that have a significant connection time in Dubai before their next available.

Emirates Dubai Connect/STPC offering is now fully implemented to provide our customers with a hotel booking for a long transit.  The hotel is located outside of Dubai Airport and as a result it may require for the passenger to prearrange a visa.

The list of nationalities that are entitled to a visa on arrival is available on the visa information page on Emirates.com. If the passenger is a nationality that is not eligible for visa on arrival, then a visa must be prearranged after booking the Dubai Connect/STPC package

The process for obtaining the visa is detailed below:

• The visa process can only be completed after booking the Dubai Connect/STPC package via the Emirates Contact Centre, or via the Manage your Booking function on Emirates.com.
• Proceed to the Dubai Connect Visa Request page on Emirates Partners Portal to upload the required documentation.
• The information will then be collated by the Global Commercial Support team and provided to the Emirates Commercial visa team for processing, in the Immigration system.
• If any additional information is required, the Emirates Commercial visa team will communicate with you on the email address provided.
