Non-violence for peaceful coexistence in the modern world

New Delhi, 5th October 2021:  Tatsat Foundation hosted a dialogue on “Nonviolence for Peaceful Co-existence” to commemorate International Day of Nonviolence on Mahatma Gandhi’s Birth Anniversary at Satyagraha Mandap, Gandhi Darshan, Raj Ghat, New Delhi, on Tuesday, 05th October 2021 at 4:00 pm in association with Gandhi Smriti and Darshan Samiti. 
Dr. Sumi Gupta, Founder Director, ‘Tatsat Foundation celebrates and solemnizes this remarkable event along with a few selected Ambassadors and Industrialists. The event also witnessed the Felicitation of Paralympics medal winners. Dr. Sumi Gupta,  Founder Director, ‘Tatsat Foundation on this occasion said “The world celebrates October 2nd, the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi ji as the International Day of Nonviolence which is intended to establish the universal relevance of the principle of non-violence and peace. To promote this message of harmony, humanity, and greater understanding towards non-violence, on this remarkable occasion-birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi Ji we are pleased to organize a dialogue on non-violence for peaceful co-existence. Mahatma Gandhi, who fought for freedom without violence and without tooth and nail, has followed in his life six principles: truth, violence, vegetarianism, brahmhacharya, simplicity, and faith we are glad to promote his Principles and ideology.”
The program was for a short duration for approx. 90 minutes which included the exchange of ideas and perspectives on the Gandhian philosophy of non-violence in today’s time along with recognizing people with indomitable spirit depicting an exemplary contribution in building awareness towards peace and non-violence through academic, extra-curricular and volunteer activities etc. impacting the lives of millions of people globally.
