Medtech Life, India's leading home healthcare medical equipment manufacturer, kick-starts its campaign to raise awareness and safeguard the heart health of Mumbai’s Police Force. Conducting stress management workshops and monitoring the blood pressure (BP) of Police officials across 21 police stations in Mumbai, the company is installing BP monitoring machines in each police station. The workshops focus on stress management techniques and the importance of regularly monitoring blood pressure.
From dealing with crime and people’s grievances to providing security for VVIPs, the men and women in khaki are under constant pressure and stress. Stress plays a major role in causing uncontrolled blood pressure and other heart related concerns. Recognizing the immense stress that Mumbai Police personnel experience in their demanding roles, Medtech Life has taken proactive steps to raise awareness about the need for accurate and regular BP monitoring. The brand aims to equip police officers with effective strategies to manage stress and prioritize their overall well-being.

Starting with the police force who encounter extremely stressful conditions, we intend to spread this message across to each and every citizen. Starting with BKC and Kherwadi police stations, the awareness and training workshops are scheduled to continue until the 12th of September 2023 to cover all police stations under western Mumbai. Starting with Mumbai Police, Medtech marks the beginning of its journey to spread heart health awareness across the larger population to create a sea change in people’s outlook towards blood pressure monitoring!
