Mumbai: Known for their unique initiatives, Korum Mall hosted Mumbai’s first-ever heritage fashion show featuring the power house of every household - the Mothers from the city. The show strived to showcase the cultural richness of ‘Forts’ of Maharashtra as these real-life models portrayed a synergy of modernism and history! The event was graced by Shrimant Rohitraje Deshmukh Pawar (Rajkumar Maharaj of Surgana State - Nashik) as the Chief Guest of Honor along with Sakshi Parab (Founder of Akhil Bhartiya Sahitya Kala Krida Academy), and Senior Management from Kalpataru.
The event was curated in association with Killekars & MUMO (Mumbai Moms), a thriving social community of mothers across the city. The participants were extremely excited to see the overwhelming response of the audience. The fashion show was judged by Akshay Chavan, Co-Founder of www.livehistoryindia.com.
The show was a spectacle to behold - the colourful presentation apart from the display of an intricate fort made with recycled paper showcased at Korum Mall.
