The weather across the country is topsy turvy. Hill stations are hot/sweaty and usually dry areas have been flooded due to excessive rains. Bhoots are not able to enjoy their vacation and try to get to the source of the problem. They track down a big grumpy cloud whose foul mood causes him to rain down when least expected. What is causing this foul mood? But of course the poison being released into the nature. Bhoot boss and TP track down the biggest culprits of the unheeded development- the bureaucrats permitting construction and development keeping only their own personal profit in mind.
