EntrePreneurship & Women & Child development in Maharashtra } , Shri Prashant lad M L C  maharashtra , Shri Sanjay Upadhayaji BJP Mumbai General secretary Attended VYAPARI SAMELAN at FAM hall attended by august gathering of President and office bearers of more than 90 associations of mumbai and new Mumbai

During Interaction he patiently listened to Concern & Grievances of Members , many association raised their issues like  faceless interaction leads to delay in clearance of material at port whereby increasing cost , request for Traders to be Included in MSME registration & get the actual Benefit as enjoyed by Manufacturers , sec 138 of negotiable instrument act needs to be strengthen wherein crores of cases are pending ,leading to blockage of working capital;  , showcasing GST number at residential address  , Section 16 { 2 } & 16 { 2 }  { C } of GST act needs to be amended since  non Payment of Tax in govt treasury collected by Supplier from Buyer would result in reversal of ITC (Input tax credit )  , demanded Reduction in VAT on Petroleum items due to reduction in international crude price, House hold Scrap Generated needs to be regularize by accepting to formalise the purchase bill issued by buyer and avoid the malpractices of fake invoices ..and many more issues were discussed in depth.

Anuaragji gave assurance to take up matters with Relevant Ministers and concerned departments and ensured that all the discussed issues will be resolved to the satisfaction of FAM members amicably in the shortest span of time. He also promised to arrange a meeting at New Delhi during the monsoon session with the concerned ministries. Also he praised the activities done by FAM for the Business fraternity of entire Maharashtra & congratulated FAM for providing a platform for Small Retailers & traders. Minister SHRI ANURAG THAKURJIS  Deep Understanding, articulate responses  and his willingness to engage with members present showcased his dedication and commitment to public service .

Shri Sanjay Bhatiaji , MP , also Endorsed the Efforts of FAM for VYAPARI BANDHUS.

Shri Mangal Prabhatji also assured & promised FAM that he will arrange a meeting with Fam representatives in mantralaya once a month with the concerned officers & ministers & also said he is ready to support VYAPARIS in the best possible way he can with utmost satisfaction.      

The meeting ended on a positive note with a reassurance from the government to resolve traders’ issues at an earliest through FEDERATION OF ASSOCIATION OF MAHARASHTRA, the apex body of trading fraternity of Maharashtra.
