The brand distinguished itself by winning 9 medals at the prestigious World Beer Awards 2024, including 4 Golds, 3 Silvers, and 2 Bronzes solidifying Bira 91’s position as a leading force in the global beer industry.

Bira 91 bagged nine medals across various categories. Bira 91 Boom was chosen the winner from India for the World’s Best Strong Lager, and bagged GOLD as well. Bira 91 Gold Wheat Strong, Bira 91 Superfresh White With Citrus, and Superfresh White With Mango were declared the country winners, as well as secured GOLD in the categories of World's Best Strong Wheat Beer, World's Best Belgian Style Witbier, and World's Best Flavoured Fruit & Vegetable Beer, respectively.
Bira 91 Light, Superfresh White With Berry, and Malabar Stout won SILVER in World's Best Light Lager, World's Best Sweet Stout, World's Best Session IPA categories. Keeping up with the winning momentum, Bira 91 also bagged BRONZE for Bira 91 RISE, and Indian Pale Ale with Pomelo in their categories.
