2019, Friday :HR Sampark group founded in Kolkata in November 2017 by Mr.
Ashish Banka and now extended in Mumbai organized their first ever event, embarking
their Journey through “HR SAMPARK CHRO
Conclave 2019”at Hotel Mirador, event
was designed to learn from the experiences of successful leaders and
organization on the latest HR Trends that are transforming people practices for
better business outcomes. The theme of the event was “HR Partnership on Employee Financial Wellness”
The Event
was conceptualized &designed by Sampark Team founder by Mr. Ashish Banka
and the event was anchored by Ms. WinshiKongari. Team HR Samparki spearheaded
by Mr. Govind, Mr. Ajeet, Ms. Sujaya and Ms. Vidya
from Mumbai chapter got together to get the learnings from HR Financial
Planning assimilated and get the event executed with perfection.

was inaugurated with the Keynote Speech from Mr. PrabirJha, CEO PrabirJha People Advisory, ex Chief People
Officer, Cipla on tpopic“Journey from HR
to HRpreneur”.
Mr.Prabirspoke
about Dreams, Choices, Guts, Emotional balance & Conviction in one’s
Journey in being an Entrepreneur.
The keynote
speech was followed by Panel Discussion on the theme of the event “HR Partnership for Financial Wellness of
Employees”
Presentation
on Corporate Social Responsibility was displayed by Young Xaverian and social
work enthusiast Mr. UmangKanodia from Kolkata.
Volatility
game was introduced by Mr.Kanak Jain, a unique gamification on the principles
of planning and power of compounding.
The Event
was graced by around 100 delegates from HR fraternity. The Event touched upon
various facets of HR from being HRpreneur to building financial awareness among
employees.
