inDriver India came up with an interesting social media campaign called Mustache Of Joy. The campaign aimed to support people during the quarantine by growing a "mustache of joy" or just painting it/ creating one from paper.
The campaign encouraged people to stay home and share funny pictures with their mustache at home during the time of the Coronavirus outbreak. Under the campaign, inDriver asked to be creative in style and post their photo on social media - Facebook & Instagram using the hashtag #JoyofFreedom.
inDriver also ran a contest where the winners were given gift vouchers. The contest saw participation from a lot of people who shared their creative pictures.
“I was really thrilled to be a part of the “Moustache of Joy” campaign. I always seek a chance where I get to flaunt my “Handlebar Moustache” whether its Public place or a social media platform to make myself proud of it. inDriver India provided me the right opportunity to grab most of the Joy and the exciting part was not only to feel the joy of flaunting the mustache beside that get rewarded for the same as well” said Gaurav Gautam, a participant who won the contest.
"Moustaches are often associated with masculinity, grim and serious but this campaign encouraged us to bring out the fun side of it. Loved breaking the stereotype" added Misty Basu, a participant who won the contest.
