Percept ICE launches digitICE A Full Service Digital, Virtual & Hybrid Experiential Marketing & Events Unit

Percept ICE, the Special Projects, Events and Experiential Marketing Domain Company of Percept Limited, has launched digitICE a Full Service Digital, Virtual and Hybrid Experiential Marketing & Events Unit. The very first holistic Digital Launch event was undertaken by Percept ICE for Novartis in the month of June 2020 and was a massive success.
The sudden lockdown since March 2020 in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis and its unprecedented impact on global commerce upended many businesses, especially the domain of live events, planned gatherings, smart city conferences, activations, weddings and MICE. As event companies and planners scrambled to stay afloat, Percept ICE transitioned to create a new vertical that would provide customized 360-degree digital & virtual offerings to clients spanning launches, conferences, R&R and other experiential marketing offerings via a holistic hi-tech digital format. 
This game changing digital leap undertaken by Percept ICE will potentially shape a brand new future for events, experiences and the way clients and consumers interact and network in the near future. Service offerings under the newly launched Percept ICE digitICE unit will include Virtual Platforms, Creative Integration, Virtual Engagement & Networking, Digital Interactivity, Mixed Reality (MR), Hybrid Events, Entertainment Content specially curated for Virtual platforms or Digital platforms with a vast range of Design content options suited for the Digital, Virtual Reality (VR) & Augmented Reality (AR) platform.
The premiere event handled by Percept ICE digitICE for Novartis was a pan India Virtual product launch and saw an attendance of 130 people across a period of 3 days. The entire virtual show was conceptualized, designed, planned and produced by Percept ICE digitICE. This encompassed the creation of a micro-site with a custom URL, secure registration formats, an information & branding page, pre-event activity filled with audience engagements, and a dynamic virtual stage design. The launch event saw a 5 hour live webcast featuring over 10 illustrious speakers, seamlessly plugged in thematic Audio Visuals and an immersive launch sequence along with an innovative celebrity & patient content connect. Additional interactive and engaging live plug-ins included puzzles & polls that kept the audience immersed during the entire session. A highlight of the Event was the Launch of the Product via a dynamic, interactive, state-of-the-art holographic performance.
