Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai Appoints ANJALI RAUTHAN as Front Office Manager

Mumbai, July 2024 – Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai is thrilled to announce the appointment of Anjali Rauthan as its new Front Office Manager. Anjali brings over a decade of experience with her having worked all over the country, in brands like, Andaz Delhi, Sheraton Hyderabad, JW Pune, Westin Pune, Hyatt.

Anjali started off as a guest service associate, moving up to becoming a team leader, assistant front office manager to front office manager.  Her assertive and tenacious personality is always ready for taking challenges and in looking out ways to elevate sales, customer relationships, profits and staff knowledge.
“Since childhood I have enjoyed travelling and staying in hotels and enjoyed the warm and the service. It was very interesting to see people going that extra length to bring a smile on the guest’s face. Since then I have been fascinated by the hospitality industry and wanted to embrace it as a profession.” Says Anjali with a gleaming smile.

Anjali’s determination to pursue her dreams led her to earn a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. After graduation, she joined J W Marriott Mumbai as a trainee in all the core area of the house i.e. Front Office, Food and Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeepinggaining invaluable experience in all aspects of the management of the operations in a hotel.
Starting her career journey, from training at JW Marriott, Juhu to working as Guest Service Associate for close to 2 years. Moving on to The Leela Palace Chennai as Royal Club Associate. Anjali moved on to Grand Hyatt Mumbai, joining in as a Guest Relation Executive and enriching her experience to Front Desk Team Leader. Her dedication and hard work soon propelled her to the role of acting Duty Manager at Hyatt Amritsar. Joining Westin Pune later as Asst. Front Office Manager and moving forward to JW Pune as the Front Desk Manager and Asst. Front Office Manager at Sheraton Hyderabad. Her last stint was at Andaz – Delhi as the Asst. Front Office Manager handling guest service to reservation to guest relation, staff management and training and development.

Anjali’s career trajectory began with Marriott and this journey has now brought her to a full circle to Courtyard by Marriott, Navi Mumbai, where she is leading the department as the Front Office Manager.
