Help Save Baby Shreenika From Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type II

Chennai, 26^th July 2024: Ajith Kumar and his family are urgently seeking your help to save their young daughter, Shreenika, who is battling Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type II. This is a rare genetic disease that progressively weakens the muscles, making it difficult for children to breathe, swallow, and eventually move.

Shreenika urgently needs a life-saving injection, Zolgensma, which costs a staggering ₹16 crore (approximately $19,512,195). With time running out, the family is working tirelessly to secure their child's future.

Determined to save their daughter's life, Ajith and his family have been relentless in their efforts. They have been distributing pamphlets on the streets, using autos and public transportation to spread awareness, and reaching out to everyone they can.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of the public, the family has raised INR. ₹1.8 crores towards Shreenika’s treatment. While this is a significant achievement, they still need to raise INR.  14.2 crore to reach their goal.
