The initiative aims to equip candidates with a comprehensive understanding of the theories and operational processes that are vital for the growth and development of the hospitality industry, preparing them to become future leaders. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates will have the opportunity to advance to Assistant Manager or Executive positions within the organization.
