Rajan Aggarwal Appointed Chief Financial Officer at Bhartiya Urban

Bhartiya Urban, a leading real estate development firm in India, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajan Aggarwal as its new Chief Financial Officer. With over 18 years of financial leadership experience, Rajan brings a wealth of knowledge to this role. He previously served as the Director of Capital Markets at a Boston-based real estate developer specializing in life sciences and tough-tech sectors.

Rajan holds a Sloan Fellows MBA from MIT, an MBA from FMS Delhi, and a BE from Delhi College of Engineering. His distinguished career is marked by noteworthy achievements in Investment Planning, Asset Management, and Real Estate development across India, Dubai and the USA. Notably, he held a key role at Xander Advisors and MTAN, an investment firm established by a prominent member of Abu Dhabi’s ruling family, where he contributed to major projects and strategic initiatives.
