Shareholders of Central Bank of India at the Annual General Meeting held on June 28, 2019 at Mumbai, have approved & adopted Audited Annual Accounts for FY 2018-19 and approved raising of capital upto the value of Rs. 5000crore (Rupees Five Thousand CroreOnly) (including premium) by FPO/Rights/QIP etc.
