Zee TV: “Found a brother, friend and a confidante in Pratham” says Savi Thakur of Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega

Zee TV’s popular fiction show, GuddanTumse Na Ho Payega, has been a favourite amongst TV viewers with its unique and never-seen-before concept revolving around the country’s youngest Saas, younger than the bahus of the household she marries into! Having intrigued and entertained the viewers with the interesting story around Guddan(Kanika Mann) and Akshat’s (Nishant Singh Malkani) love life, the show witnessed a 20-year leap after the tragic death of Akshat and Guddan as they attempted to save their only daughter. With the latter essayed by Kanika Mann herself, the show now revolves around the ups and downs of ChotiGuddan’s life.

While Savi Thakur entered as Agastya, the hero in her life, there is another character who made a rather dramatic entry to turn ChotiGuddan’s life upside down and that is none other than the Birla family's bad boy, and Agastya’s brother, Money Birla. Essayed by talented actor Pratham Kunwar, Money and Agastya are poles apart when it comes to their nature and personality. Despite this, the two share a rather cordial relation on camera and a much friendlier one offscreen. Savi and Pratham, have developed a close camaraderie behind the camera. Their friendship and brotherhood is strikingly solid despite it being only a few weeks since the two began shooting together. From practicing lines with each other to even sharing meals during lunch time together, Savi and Pratham are now radiating some onset BFF goals

Talking about his bond with Pratham, Savi said, “It may have been a short while, but Pratham and I have really hit it off well and he is indeed an amazing friend. He’s as eccentric in real life as he is on-screen.  Infact, the brotherly connection that we share on camera is quite real off-screen too and is gradually getting strong by the day.  We hang out together on set all the time, especially in the make-up rooms, we’re together almost all throughout the day. I am beyond glad that I found a brother, a friend and a confidante in Pratham.”

While the two leading men of Zee TV’s Guddan… Tumse Na Ho Payega indulge in their eccentric bro-mance, the track of the show is at a crucial point where the two most important weddings are to take place. While ChotiGuddan is supposedly getting married to Money Birla and Agastya is getting married to Nia, in a peculiar twist of fate, a swap of the grooms happens. In a troubled situation like this, what will Guddan do?
