Rebooking options for Customers travelling to/from Colombo Due to recent incident in Colombo, customers booked to travel to/from Sri Lanka can opt to change their flights before or within 07 days period after the original flight date. Rebooking Options : General Waiver Policy must be used for tickets issued on/before 21st April 2019. As EK flights are operating as scheduled for the time being, customers are not rebooked and hence PNRs will not appear on IROPS (irregular operations) mode.  Policy is also extended to customers travelling on fifth freedom flights between CMB and MLE. Update PNR remarks with General waiver code ROGW008 followed by remarks ”DUE CMB INCIDENT”. Ensure customers contact details are correct when handling PNRs. Travel agent bookings must be handled by respective trade partners. Offer refund if customer is not willing to travel. All refund charges are waived irrespective of fare brand.
