Please be advised of the following mandatory requirements when requesting for Chauffeur Drive service in Dubai.
When booking CDS from/to residential locations in Dubai or any other address in UAE (hotels are exempt), ensure to include Makani number at the end of the address by entering ‘MAKANI - XXXXXXXXXX'.
Makani number is a unique 10 digit code locating a building in UAE; be it a villa, apartment tower or office. Every building is numbered. Makani number provides exact location (within 1 sqm), therefore ensuring from exactly where to pick-up the customer from. The satellite navigation system will direct the driver straight to the location reducing the need for the customer to share their location with the driver or provide the driver with directions over the phone.
