Batch of 2020: Anand Gandhi Motivates with his inspiring words in the documentary

Anand Gandhi features in an interesting documentary called Batch Of 2020 made to motivate youngsters on the educational front

Filmmaker Anand Gandhi who has often left the masses amazed with his style of films and documentaries has gone on to become a major source of motivation for the youngsters recently. The Tumbbad writer and producer who features in a one-hour documentary called Batch Of 2020 by Anto Philip’s Under 25 team exhibits light of positivity to all those students whose graduation year has suffered due to the pandemic.
In the documentary we see famous personalities from various walks of life motivating students, and telling them that it’s okay to mess up. Filmmaker Anand Gandhi also motivates when he urges the youth to make every failure a stepping stone to success. In the documentary, we see Anand talk about 'Qualities a graduating student must have in 2020' urging the youngsters to learn skills, equip themselves and to make every problem an employment. Well, it just wasn’t Anand’s motivational words, but also others sharing their fun and amazing experiences. Other than Anand Gandhi,  the documentary also features actress Deepika Padukone, actor Hrithik Roshan, film critic Anupama Chopra, renowned news anchor Faye D’souza and many more.
Anand Gandhi who has made some amazing films and thought-provoking documentaries, his short films and documentaries like Right Here Right Now, Continuum, An Insignificant Man have won several awards at various film festivals and his films Ship Of Theseus, as well as Tumbbad, also have been loved by the audiences. With his credible body of work, Anand truly fits the bill of being one of the most inspiring personalities of the country.
Batch Of 2020 is a thoughtfully curated one, preparing students in general about the ‘real world’, it brings to them conversations, speeches and information from some of the most famous and inspiring personalities in the country. From addressing the pressure of messing up on the educational front to pointing out on the importance of degrees and certificates the film is surely a must-watch for the younger generation.
