New Delhi, July 9, 2020: Phoenix Mills Limited has joined hands with India’s largest dining out and restaurant tech platform - Dineout, to create a contactless dining experience at restaurants and food courts across its malls in India. The contactless technology from Dineout will redefine the dining experience within the mall digitally with just one-click and reduce the wait time and help maintain social distancing. It will also enable restaurants to manage their operations at 50 percent capacity through its table management software. On the customer front it will allow them to do:
  • To reserve a slot at the restaurants.
  • Pre-order their meals and to place the second round of orders, thereby cutting the wait time at the restaurant/food court.
  • Allows diners to check the hygiene and safety measures and rating for the outlet
  • Allows them to give feedback to their restaurant
  • Allows them to earn loyalty points digitally

Shoppers looking for takeaways can simply pre-order the dishes, grab the items from the counter and check out by paying digitally through their smartphone. Making the entire in-mall experience seamless and contact-free.
