RED FM announces Online Edition of South Side Story

National, 23rd July 2020: 93.5 RED FM, one of the largest and most awarded private radio networks, today announced the Online Edition of  South Side Story,  an experiential festival that brings  Onam celebrations to other parts of India. The event will be streamed online for all the viewers in India and across the world.

The festival will present the authentic music and culture of Kerala in a contemporary way to audiences across the globe. The online edition of South Side Story will include a variety of elements from Southern India. Bringing in the most popular regional Indie bands, Agam, Thaikkudam Bridge and Masala Coffee along with various engaging segments that represents the spirit of Onam.
Speaking on the announcement, Nisha Narayanan, Director and COO, RED FM and Magic FM, said, “Season one of South Side Story on ground edition was a huge success in both Delhi and Mumbai. Continuing the same vibe, we are happy to launch the online edition of South Side Story. The idea is to observe the spirit of festive season that’s about to start and what better than bringing the festival vibe directly to people’s home. Our whole effort is in building communities, supporting independent music and keeping the festive spirit going even in these tough times.”
Keeping alive the proposition of last year’s on ground experience, RED FM’s South Side Story Online Edition will not just let people enjoy stunning band performances from the comfort of their homes but also order in Sadhya, which is an integral part of Onam celebrations. Sadhya delivery will be operational in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata with all safety measures and guidelines in place.
