On-demand delivery startup Pidge fulfils 2 Lakh deliveries in just a year, announces the plan of launching services in Mumbai

 Mumbaikars will now soon be able to experience a more secure and reliable last mile delivery service as Pidge, one of India’s fast-growing tech enabled on-demand delivery start-up, gears up for its entry in the city. The announcement follows Pidge’s one year of successful operations in Delhi-NCR region. Pidge, within a year of being operational counts 80+ businesses including Taj Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, The Big Chill Café, Pet Sutra, The Wishing Chair, Miam Patisserie, Pharma Rack, Pooch Mate India Shoppe, Meatigo.com as its customers and has completed 2 lakh deliveries. 

The startup is also looking at a count of 1500 delivery staff under its payroll by the end of year 2020 to support its growing demand and ensure seamless experience during the festive season. The bootstrapped startup is currently operational across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad and is the only on-demand, instant delivery and radius-free service available. Mumbaikars will be able to enjoy this radius free and secure service starting across Mumbai, Pune, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Panvel and Thane.

To double up the security, the package is packed and sealed by the customers themselves and Pidge follows it up with live tracking of the package in transit and a one-time password (OTP) process as soon the package is delivered.
