There are very few celebrities in the world who have not only been loved by the masses but have also been darlings of the classes. Mel Gibson is one such actor.
While the man of many talents never ceases to amaze, his latest action thriller Force of Nature promises to present him a familiar yet new avatar.
“Ray is a grizzly old cranky guy with a lung disorder, and he’s a retired police officer, and I liked that he gets a chance to put his vest on again and act like a cop in an emergency situation,” says Gibson, speaking about his role.
“He’s an old ex-cop who is probably looking for a reason to live and isn’t doing so well and doesn’t want to go to the hospital, and figures he’d rather die in the saddle, with his boots on,” he adds.
With a stalwart like Gibson alongside a cast boasting of names such as Emile Hirsch and Kate Bosworth, Force of Nature may just be the perfect watch to get rid of the pandemic blues!
PVR Pictures to release Force of Nature, directed by Micheal Polish stars Emile Hirsch, Kate Bosworth, David Zayas and Stephanie Cayo. The film hits theatres on October 23rd.
