*Shalmali Kholgade to sung Bengali song with Papon for the Oriplast Originals opening which is the biggest musical collaboration in Bengali music.*

The Multi talented singer Shalmali Kholgade who never fails to surprise her audiences with her powerful performances and is always learning news things which come her way. Shalmali who is currently studying at the Berklee college of Music in Boston had recently sung a bengali song for Oriplast Originals which  is the Biggest musical collaboration Bengali music has ever witnessed. It will be the first such Bengali show recorded in a live studio format, to be streamed on YouTube,On the first day of the show , 'Aajo Cholechhi', a Bengali song with Himachali folk references, sung by super gorgeous  Shalmali Kholgade  and Papon will be streamed. With Bengali classical and contemporary music in the foreground, the renditions will derive inspiration from folk music of Assam, Odisha, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan,Ori-Plast and SVF have come together to create Bengal's first branded original content bringing forth 10 songs  line-up slated to stream from 19th July featuring 16 artistes with 7 composers .
Shot in Mumbai by some of the country's leading technicians, it features the most popular and influential talent, from all over India, under the platform of SVF Music. Big names in their repertoire like Papon, Shaan, Sona Mohapatra, Anupam Roy, Javed Ali, Ash King, Akriti Kakar, Shalmali Kholgade, Nikhita Gandhi, Bhoomi Trivedi, Dev Negi and others among singers and Arko Pravo Mukherjee, Subhadeep Mitra, Anupam Roy among composers. Visualised in studio format, the songs keep Bengali music in the foreground and, also derives inspiration from other parts of lndia like Assam, Odisha, Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan.. 
In true collaborative spirit, this programme aims to pipe hot music into our playlists. Tapping into genres such as Baul-TRAP, Bihu, Rap, Classical and even New-Age Pop, Oriplast Originals explores a completely new original soundscape.
