Sabine Jaskula, member of the Board of Management of ZF Friedrichshafen AG responsible for Human Resources and Legal, said:
At ZF, diversity means more than just the inclusion of different genders / cultures etc. It’s about how we work together, seeking different perspectives and different working methods so that we remain at the forefront and continue to evolve.
The ZF Diversity Day is intended to give employees the opportunity to get involved and think about how everyone can benefit from the greatest possible diversity. Dealing with this topic will also help the company in the increasing war for talents and help to retain talent in the long term.
This is crucial: with the huge transformation taking place in our industry, now is the time to live diversity. With over 149,000 employees across 230 locations – powering the broadest product portfolio in the industry -  we already have a very diverse starting point. And we’re in a great position to leverage and benefit from 100 plus years of rich and diverse experiences. “
