National, 22^nd May 2019: Summer vacation is the best time for kids to be engaged in extracurricular activities and acquire new skills or hobbies. To help them learn the basics of chocolate making, Fabelle Exquisite Chocolates is hosting its signature Société de Chocolat series of specially curated chocolate making masterclasses for kids, this summer. Here kids can evoke the hidden chocolatier in them and learn the nuances of making Chocolate Truffles, Fabelle’s As You Like It Chocolate Cups and Decorate Cookies at this fun and participative masterclass.

The Fabelle Société de Chocolat is an exclusive chocolate-making program, conducted under the guidance of Fabelle master chocolatiers at select ITC hotels, who are experienced experts in creating one-of-a-kind chocolate creations. From understanding the origins of cocoa to melting and tempering the chocolate, making one’s own chocolate to plating and serving the creations, this hour-long masterclass addresses all the intricate facets of chocolate making that appeal to the enthusiastic and inquisitive young minds.

Parents can also accompany their children to the masterclass being conducted at chocolate boutique and see their kids take part in the Masterclass. At the end of the session, children will earn a certificate, giveaway book which explains the art of chocolate making and carry home the chocolate creations they have learnt and made in the masterclass.
