Chennai, 26 September 2019: Express Avenue Mall, Chennai's award winning fashion and entertainment mall to celebrate the festival of Navratri will be organizing ‘Garba & Dandiya Raas’ on all nine days at the central atrium of the mall from 10.30 PM onwards.
