Bangalore, September 26, 2019: As previously announced, U2 will bring U2: The Joshua Tree Tour to Mumbai for their first ever performance in India on Sunday, December 15 at DY Patel Stadium. Tickets for the concert, which promises to be a truly unforgettable experience for fans, will go on sale on Tuesday October 1 (noon) at BookMyShow.com

The special PhonePe pre-sale for tickets to U2’s first ever India performance of their recordbreaking smash hit tour U2: The Joshua Tree Tour is now live on BookMyShow.   

Here’s how you can get your hands on the best seats to the concert.  

U2 fans and music lovers, can now book tickets for the show on BookMyShow during the special pre-sale from September 26(noon)-29 using PhonePe as the exclusive payment option to transact. PhonePe users can also book tickets for U2’s Mumbai show by looking for the BookMyShow app on the PhonePe Switch tab. Additionally, to enable easy access to purchase of tickets, the PhonePe payment option will also enable users without a PhonePe account to get tickets to the show on BookMyShow’s app and website, during the pre-sale window.

General Tickets go on sale beginning Thursday, October 1 at 12 noon IST. Reserved seats range from INR 3,000 to INR 14,000 with General Admission tickets starting at 6,000 INR (plus

applicable service fees). Tickets will be available on www.bookmyshow.com and www.livenation.com

The Mumbai show will be a huge celebration as it marks the band’s first ever performance in India as well as the final date on U2: The Joshua Tree Tour. The concert in Mumbai is produced by Live Nation Global Touring and brought to India by BookMyShow. PhonePe is a sponsor of U2’s Mumbai show.
