However please note for PNR’s having multiple passengers, once the Chauffeur service is confirmed and later the PNR is split, the chauffeur service for all passengers still remains confirmed on the original reservation.
Before rebooking the chauffeur service on the new PNR created after the split, kindly ensure to cancel the car booking on original PNR for the specific passenger who has been split from the booking. Otherwise, it will result in two cars being sent to the same customer and ultimately the second car is considered as no show.
