New Delhi, May 08, 2019: National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) will release the NRAI India Food Services Report 2019 (NRAI IFSR 2019) on May 09, 2019 in New Delhi. NRAI IFSR 2019, considered a bible for the Indian restaurant industry, is a comprehensive compilation of data on India’s food service sector gathered from in-depth interactions with over 130 restaurant CEOs and 3500 consumers across 24 cities in India.
The much awaited report based on incisive research will highlight key trends, growth opportunities and challengesof the restaurant sector along with its contributions to the Indian economy and employment. Showcasing future forecast for the Indian F&B industry at the domestic as well at the global level, this 4th edition of the report, for the first time, will also have a section for budding entrepreneurs planning to launch their new food ventures.
NRAI IFSR 2019 took about 10 months to complete. The key findings will open doors for better collaborative communication between the government, business partners, vendors and supply chain providers.

National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) is the Voice of the Indian Restaurant Industry. Founded in 1982, NRAI aspires to promote and strengthen the Indian Food Service Sector.
